September 1, 2021 @ 10:00 am - 3:00 pm UTC+10
An event every week that begins at 10:00 am on Wednesday, repeating until September 9, 2021
On Wednesday, 1st September and 8th September and each Friday during the exhibition (from 10 am to 3 pm), you are invited to come to the Kingaroy Art Gallery to learn how to do plastic dry-point etchings. Fran van Vegchel will demonstrate, and you will be able to “have a go“, all necessary materials will be provided and JAA’s new portable etching press will be in action. The cost for this is $10.
While at the Kingaroy Art Gallery, browse the latest exhibit by South Burnett art group, Jumping Ant Arts. It’s their annual exhibition from 1st September to 6th October 2021.
The Jumping Ant Art Group are a diverse group of artists, so expect a diverse range of wonderful art and crafts on display. The group was challenged to each produce a piece of work in their preferred artform around the same theme. The chosen subject was “Pollinators”.
