Andy is a German-born, South Burnett based artist working in acrylic, oil and mixed media. Trying to master fundamental skills in painting, she displays a representational approach with a strong focus in portraiture. Gallery 1 displays her body of work created over the last 8+ years.

Elsebee works from her studio in the leafy outskirts of Brisbane, where she is inspired by smells, sounds and the beautiful scenery of Australia. Growing up in South Africa and a with a background in landscape architecture, her love for all that nature has to offer becomes evident. Cherry Carrol studied for years under various tutors in the early 70’s. After her life became busy, it was in 2007 that she returned seriously to her painting Cherry enjoys portraiture, be it human or animal and works predominantly in pastel which has long been her weapon of choice. She paints under the name of Nimue.
